PACIFIC PALISADES “Where the Mountains Meet the Sea” is a special piece of paradise located between Brentwood, Malibu, and Santa Monica. The area is currently home to approximately 27,000 residents. The Palisades is an affluent residential area, with a mix of primarily private homes along with some condominiums, and apartments. It also includes a park and rec center, many scenic hiking trails, and the ocean view beautiful bluffs and local beaches. The neighborhood is proud to be home to several Charter Schools as well as a host of prestigious private schools. It has a small central business center, known as the village, consisting of locally owned restaurants and boutique stores. This village area has exciting plans for re-development, which will include a movie theatre, and a wide array of new retail stores, a family park area, and a several new and exciting restaurants. This family oriented town is known for its Fourth of July celebration when the community’s Chamber of Commerce sponsors day-long events including 5K and 10K runs, a parade, and a fireworks display at Palisades Charter High School.

SANTA MONICA is a vibrant beachfront city bordered by Pacific Palisades, Venice, Brentwood, and West Los Angeles. Santa Monica is home to many Hollywood celebrities and executives and is a mixture of affluent single-family neighborhoods, renters, surfers, professionals, and students. The Census Bureau 2014 population for Santa Monica reports approximately 93,000 residents. The city has experienced a boom since the late 1980s through the revitalization of its downtown core and significant job growth and increased tourism. Santa Monica is home to the Third Street Promenade, a famous pedestrian mall with movie theatres, shopping and dining, Santa Monica Place with an array of high end retail stores and restaurants, Montana Avenue on the North end of the city and Main Street on the South end. Both of these districts have unique feels with luxury boutiques and restaurants. The Santa Monica Pier remains a popular and iconic destination. Locals and tourist enjoy the beautiful coastline and beaches year round.
VENICE Venice is a seaside town known for its exclusive canals, beautiful beaches and the colorful Ocean Front Walk, a two-and-a-half-mile pedestrian-only promenade that features performers, fortune-tellers, artists, and vendors. The famed boulevard, Abbot Kinney, is not only an up and coming attraction for tourists, but it also serves as a local gathering place for west side residents. With some of the finest restaurants, unique art galleries, prestigious wine shops and exciting nightlife, it is evolving from a historical destination, to a place that is writing a new history. Abbot Kinney has been named “the coolest block in America”. This area has become an affluent and sought after community, attracting young families, artists, surfers and professionals. The creative vibe and eclectic mix makes for a vibrant city.
PLAYA VISTA is community, combining residential, commercial, and retail components. This prime real estate is a central hub surrounded by the Ballona Wetlands, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Culver City and Westchester. Prior to the development of Playa Vista, the area was the headquarters of Hughes Aircraft Company from 1941 to 1985, and was famously the site of the construction of the Hughes H-4 Hercules “Spruce Goose” aircraft. Today, this area, along with Santa Monica and Venice, is known as part of Silicon Beach which has become a choice address for businesses in technology, media and entertainment. Playa Vista has a strong residential market with great appeal to tech and creative professionals and families alike who appreciate the great west side location. There is a strong network of parks, greenbelts and recreational amenities that encourage residents to get out and enjoy the southern California lifestyle.
BRENTWOOD is a small upscale community on the Westside of Los Angeles, located just to the west of the San Diego (405) Freeway, extending up to the top of Mulholland Dr. on the north and down to Wilshire Blvd. on the south. Bordering on Santa Monica, Brentwood is comprised of houses, restaurants and businesses, and is a highly desired residential suburb, which is home to many celebrities and business moguls. Taking a drive up Mulholland drive you will find several horse properties giving it a wonderfully inviting country feel. Other portions have a very urban feel. There are many well maintained parks throughout the area. It is the home of seven private and two public schools.
Brentwood features a number of residential subdistricts including Brentwood Circle, a gated community. Brentwood Glen, Crestwood Hills which houses a cluster of architecturally significant mid-center modern residences in the northern part of Kenter Canyon. Kenter Canyon and Mandeville Canyon.The famous Getty Museum looks over the city of Brentwood.
MARINA DEL REY is an affluent unicorporated seaside community in Los Angeles, California. Located between Venice Beach and Playa del Rey and only four short miles North of LAX. Marina Del Rey is close to two vibrant beach communities – Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Tourists and locals enjoy jogging and biking on the beach bike path which is filled with runners, cyclists, and skateboarders. From Temescal Canyon in the Palisades to Washington Blvd. in the Marina, the bike path is 8.5miles.
